Here’s what’s included:
- Explore each macronutrient to build a food lifestyle customized to individual needs, goals, and preferences
- Learn the most effective ways to view and understand food so you can myth-bust the crazy claims of diet culture
- Build customized ideal nutrition culture at home so that your clients live in a healthy environment that serves their goals
- Uncover the truth about habit change and how your brain works so that you better understand your own behavior and help your clients do the same.
Here’s how it works:
- Small cohort so that you have a community of support of people going through the exact same thing as you
- Weekly 60-min meetings with brief lecture and Q&A with your coach so that you can implement the information you’re learning.
- Coaching app with programmed modules of habits, food, and other factors so that you can learn, from the inside, habit tracking and lifestyle-building.
- Food science, meal ideas, and related topics will be addressed to help answer client questions

My 1:1 clients spend thousands of dollars to work with me in a close intimate relationship because, as you’ve probably realized, the power of the brain makes it hard to change what you can’t see.
And what I’ve come to realize is that most people think that they are the problem. That they’re just not disciplined enough or can’t do it. But that’s only because our broken diet culture wants you to feel that way. That’s how they make money on their products, lifetime weight loss memberships, point systems, and meal replacements. It’s total madness, and they continue to profit because large companies can charge pennies and keep people struggling because they have the volume.
And there's few evidence-based certifications out there right now that equip coaches to learn and implement the information in a close and intimate setting. Right now the options are limited when it comes to finding someone who can help you with clients and build your own process.
And 1:1 coaching isn’t accessible to everyone, and my spots are so limited, and often miss the power of collective troubleshooting.
